Joe Stiles has worked in the commercial bail industry since 1986. He opened Bail Fast Bonding in Knoxville, Tennessee in late 1999. Since then, the company has grown to serve 23 Tennessee counties with the added capability of nationwide transfer service.
Over a decade of success for Bail Fast Bonding is rooted in Joe's knowledge, contacts, and experience paired with the administrative management of his wife, Darlene Stiles, a paralegal and former employee of Knox County E-911.
Beginning his career as a bail enforcement agent, Joe has literally hundreds of recoveries from over 30 states to his credit. Since establishing his retail bail agency, Joe has served the Tennessee Board of Professional Bail Agents (TAPBA) as a Director-At-Large and as Chairman of both their Internet and Education Committees. As the latter, he was responsible for the organization and hosting of the first ever TAPBA state sanctioned continuing education class for bail enforcement agents.
Joe is also the first and, to date, only person ever granted permission by the TAPBA to hold and certify his own independent continuing education class for Tennessee bail enforcement agents. It took place on April 28th and 29th, 2007 in Knoxville, Tennessee and drew attendees from not only all areas of Tennessee but Alabama, Florida, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and West Virginia as well.
The event is further noteworthy in that Joe was able to arrange presentations by three nationally known individuals in the bail industry that had never before shared the stage:
L. Scott Harrell of CompassPoint Investigations, R.E. Scott MacLean of the National Association of Bail Enforcement Agents (NABEA) and Chesapeake Bail Bonds, and Scott Olson of the National Institute of Bail Enforcement (NIBE).
Joe continues to seek out and offer the best networking opportunities while striving to provide superior service to the clients, courts, and contacts doing business with Bail Fast Bonding.
